MT HD 80 - 2018 - Ron Vandevender

This is really very basic and actually a very easy issue to deal with. The only people who are not fond of the truth where this is concerned are those who like to control others or they have something personal to gain from taking our rights away from us where ownership and usage of personal property are concerned.

When we buy a piece of property, no one has the right to tell us how we can or can not use the property. Plain and simple, it is our property. It is our right to use the property to meet our needs as we see fit. No one should ever have to ask for permission from someone else whether it be a neighbor, a neighbor hood group, the city, county or state on how or if they may use their own personal property as they with.

Zoning laws should be done away with.

I will always stand strong on behalf of the property owner and their rights. Fighting to do away with anything which take our rights away from us. Personal property is just that. Its use is not open for public debate nor government control.

After all, to be against the rights of property owners to use their property as they wish is equal to telling the world that they must let the control freaks into our homes and tell us all that we have to paint our kitchens a certain color. There is no difference in the two.
